it’s a new world for me at 2019. I was fighting in my way and always do trial and error methode. Before that let me introduce my self, you can call me Kiki, i was graduated from chemical engineering bachelor’s degree, i don’t think that i would be a head of department of quality control and quality assurance. I am a student with no achievement in academic, i am comfort with my new family at martial arts and i practice more often than attend the classroom. I feel i get more lessons in the outside world than in the classroom, so i often follow event at martial arts and gain the trust of the people than i became a chief committee at prestigious national event. The toughest challenge is i have to become a professional leader at the same time as my obligation to complete and prepare research seminars and at the same time i have to complete my thesis’s proposal.

In short story, I can complete my duties and can succeed the event with my colleagues. From there i understood more and more the importance of team work and trust each other. Armed with the confidence that i built while joining martial arts, i submitted my CV and applied for all kinds of positions that i thought i could struggle to start learning. and I’m so thankful i was immediately trusted to be a department head.

From this, i started to tighten my shoelaces, tidy up my clothes and I’m ready to run on the new track. It’s not as easy as i imagined, i have to adapt to a new environment and work with people who are already professionals in their fields. I feel i have to catch up, without hesitation i always ask what i don’t understand from the sources that i read regarding quality control and quality assurance as well as related to the production process in my place of work. I always run and run, i never feel tired and discouraged. I always get new lessons that are increasingly valuable from the problems i face in this field. and I will always carry and share these valuable experiences wherever I am. And I am always ready to run even faster whether on the same track or a different course.
